RCF's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Annual revenue grew 9.1% to Rs. 18,480.17 crore, while profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs. 429.81 crore from Rs. 241.63 crore last year. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 7.79 from Rs. 4.38. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.34 per share (13.40%), in addition to an interim dividend of Rs. 1.00 already paid in March 2026. Exceptional items of Rs. 45.10 crore include fair valuation gains from Development Rights Certificates received from MCGM for surrendered land. Notable items include Rs. 928.40 crore subsidy income for imported fertilizers and Rs. 98.17 crore urea freight subsidy recognized. The company has an ongoing gas pricing dispute with GAIL/FICC totaling Rs. 204.14 crore. Credit ratings remain strong: ICRA AA, IND AA, CRISIL A1+.
Strong financial performance with near-doubling of PAT demonstrates operational efficiency. Dividend payout provides shareholder returns. Pending subsidy claims and gas pricing disputes represent contingent risks requiring monitoring.
