RCF has appointed Shri. Shivakumar Subramaniam (DIN: 10784187) as the new Chairman & Managing Director with effect from February 13, 2026, until his superannuation on July 31, 2030 or further government orders. He holds a B.Com and MBA in Finance and has been with RCF since 1998, with over 27 years of experience across treasury, taxation, corporate accounts, fertilizer policy, and project financing. The appointment was made by the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. Ms. Nazhat J. Shaikh, who was holding additional charge as CMD since November 2025, stands relieved of that additional charge from the same date.
This is a routine leadership transition at a government-owned PSU. Since the new CMD is a long-serving internal appointee, shareholders can expect continuity in strategy and operations. No material impact on the stock is expected from this change.
