ICRA Limited has reaffirmed Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited's credit ratings across all its debt instruments. The reaffirmed ratings include AA with Stable outlook for long-term facilities (NCDs of Rs. 1,700 crore, Cash Credit of Rs. 1,100 crore, Term Loan of Rs. 3,500 crore, and a Rs. 500 crore non-fund based facility) and A1+ for Commercial Papers worth Rs. 3,000 crore. One Bond/NCD instrument of Rs. 300 crore was reaffirmed and subsequently withdrawn following its redemption. The intimation was made to stock exchanges on July 17, 2025, under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
Reaffirmation of the AA rating with Stable outlook signals continued financial stability and strong creditworthiness, which is neutral-to-positive for shareholders. The redemption of the Rs. 300 crore NCD indicates prudent debt management, though total borrowing capacity across facilities remains largely intact.
