Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) has shared the periodic credit rating review done by ICRA Limited. ICRA has reaffirmed its ratings across all instruments: Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 1,200 crore rated [ICRA]AA(Stable), bank loan facilities totaling Rs. 5,100 crore (cash credit Rs. 1,100 crore, term loan Rs. 3,500 crore, non-fund based Rs. 500 crore) rated [ICRA]AA(Stable)/[ICRA]A1+, and Commercial Paper of Rs. 3,000 crore rated [ICRA]A1+. The total rated amount is Rs. 6,300 crore. The ratings and their terms remain unchanged from the earlier communication dated July 17, 2025.
No change in credit rating means this is a routine reaffirmation with no new information for the market. The AA(Stable) rating indicates a strong investment-grade profile with low default risk, which is positive for the company's borrowing costs but unlikely to move the stock price.
