Rathi Steel & Power Ltd informed BSE that the Board, at its meeting on May 30, 2026, approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Copies of the results were published as a newspaper advertisement in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on June 1, 2026, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. For the full year FY26, total income from operations rose to about ₹2,183.96 lakhs from ₹1,860.47 lakhs in FY25, and net profit after tax grew to about ₹744.68 lakhs from ₹331.06 lakhs. However, the standalone Q4 FY26 revenue at ₹141.88 lakhs was lower than ₹187.63 lakhs in Q4 FY25, though Q4 net profit of about ₹167 lakhs was reported. Basic and diluted EPS for FY26 stood at ₹1.52 versus ₹0.68 in FY25.
Full-year FY26 shows healthy revenue growth and a sharp jump in net profit, which is positive for shareholders. The weaker Q4 standalone revenue year-on-year is a concern, but overall the company delivered a significantly better annual performance, which may support sentiment in the stock.
