Ratnabhumi Developers reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results with standalone revenue from operations of ₹2,829.35 lakhs, a sharp ~47% decline from ₹5,325.61 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Standalone profit after tax came in at ₹196.79 lakhs (vs ₹200.76 lakhs YoY), while EPS stood at ₹1.44 (vs ₹1.47). Consolidated revenue fell ~45% YoY to ₹2,851.37 lakhs, but consolidated PAT was nearly flat at ₹199.89 lakhs (vs ₹199.53 lakhs), aided by lower purchase of stock-in-trade and a smaller share of profit from associates (₹4.76 lakhs vs ₹136.52 lakhs YoY). The statutory auditor MAAK & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
The sharp year-on-year drop in revenue (though partly a base effect from a strong Q1 FY25) may concern investors about near-term business momentum, but stable PAT and clean auditor opinion suggest cost control is intact. Watch for the upcoming AGM on September 27, 2025 for further clarity on FY26 outlook.
