Ratnaveer Precision Engineering held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on January 10, 2026, via video conferencing. The sole item on the agenda was a Special Resolution to approve the issuance of 72,32,704 warrants to the Promoters and Promoter Group on a preferential basis. The resolution was approved with overwhelming majority: 3,20,68,334 votes (99.9998%) in favour out of 3,20,68,402 valid votes polled, representing 47.25% of total outstanding shares. Shareholders have cleared the way for a promoter-led preferential warrant issuance.
