RattanIndia Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange about the recommendation for re-appointment of Statutory Auditors & appointment of Secretarial Auditors.

The board of RattanIndia Enterprises, at its meeting on August 12, 2025, approved the re-appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second term of five years. It also approved the appointment of S. Khandelwal & Co, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for a similar five-year term. Both appointments cover FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 and are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 15th Annual General Meeting. Walker Chandiok is a well-known firm with 90 years of experience, over 80 partners and 2,400+ personnel across 15 Indian cities. S. Khandelwal & Co is led by Sanjay Khandelwal, who has 21 years of experience in company law, securities law and corporate governance advisory.
