Ravinder Heights Limited reported FY2026 consolidated profit after tax of Rs. 4,880.10 Lakh, a significant turnaround from loss of Rs. 253.74 Lakh in FY2025. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 7,516.22 Lakh from Rs. 1,966.22 Lakh. Standalone operations showed a net loss of Rs. 5,922 Lakh despite higher standalone revenue of Rs. 14,112 Lakh (vs Rs. 11,112 Lakh). The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. The group includes holding company Ravinder Heights and subsidiaries including Radhika Heights and its subsidiaries. An additional Rs. 45,000 Lakh non-refundable security deposit was received from a developer during the year.
The consolidated results show strong turnaround with 27% revenue growth and return to profitability, which is positive for shareholders. However, the large standalone loss raises concerns about the holding company's standalone financial health despite healthy cash flows from the collaboration agreement.
