Ravindra Energy Limited provided a comprehensive business update covering two segments. For Renewable Energy, the company has 228.9 MWp operating capacity across 70 locations with MSEDCL (Maharashtra) and Karnataka DISCOMs as major off-takers. Quarterly generation jumped to 78.3 million kWh (vs 16.0 million kWh in Q4 FY25), while full-year generation reached 194.1 million kWh (vs 53.8 million kWh in FY25) — representing over 3x year-on-year growth. Under construction capacity adds 31.2 MWp and under development pipeline is 227.3 MWp targeting FY27 completion. For EIM (Electric Vehicles), the company sold 277 E-HCVs and leased 34 units in FY26 with revenue of ₹1,805.9 million, though it posted a PAT loss of ₹152.9 million. Operating 3 battery swap stations and 6 chargers, EIM dispensed 2.93 million kWh of energy and plans network expansion to NCR Delhi, Delhi-Mumbai corridor, and major ports for FY27.
The renewable energy segment shows strong volume growth with 3x YoY generation increase, signaling improved capacity utilization. The EV segment is loss-making but scaling rapidly with 311 total E-tractors delivered and expansion plans. Revenue of ₹1,806 million from EV business is material but losses indicate early-stage nature requiring continued capital deployment.
