Raymond Realty held its 7th AGM on July 14, 2026 via video conferencing from 5:00 PM to 5:56 PM. Nine resolutions were transacted, including adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26, declaration of dividend, re-appointment of Gautam Hari Singhania as director, ratification of cost auditors' pay, appointment of secretarial auditor, payment of commission to non-executive directors, and increase in borrowing limits and securities creation limits.
