Raymond Limited filed the transcript of its Q2 & H1 FY26 earnings call held on October 28, 2025. Consolidated total income grew 10% year-on-year to INR 564 crores in Q2 FY26, with EBITDA of INR 79 crores and margin of 14.1% (down from 15.1% in Q2 FY25). For H1 FY26, revenue rose 11% to INR 1,119 crores but EBITDA dipped to INR 167 crores with margin at 14.9% versus 17% a year ago, mainly due to lower other income. The Aerospace & Defense segment posted Q2 revenue of INR 81 crores (+15% YoY) with EBITDA margin improving to 21% from 18%. Precision Technology & Auto Components saw Q2 revenue of INR 409 crores (+10% YoY) and EBITDA of INR 57 crores (+57% YoY), aided by a one-time land sale gain of INR 13 crores. The company remains net debt-free, with cash of INR 999 crores against gross debt of INR 972 crores. Management outlined an order book of about 2.5–3x annual revenue, a pipeline of 150 new parts in development, and roughly 2,000 drawings in RFQ stage. Plans include new capacity in Andhra Pradesh and a 'China+1' strategy to scale exports.
Margins came under pressure in H1 FY26 even as revenue grew, which may weigh on near-term sentiment. However, improving segment-level margins in aerospace, a strong RFQ pipeline, and a net cash balance sheet provide room for organic and inorganic growth, supporting the medium-term outlook.
