Re-lodgment of transfer request of physical shares post capital restructure and request to shareholders to update their KYC and dematerialized their physical shares.
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Neueon Towers Limited has published a newspaper ad informing shareholders about a one-time special window (July 7, 2025 to January 6, 2026) to re-submit physical share transfer requests following a capital restructure. The restructure follows the NCLT-approved resolution plan by PRECA Solutions India (October 23, 2024), which reduced share capital from Rs. 56.54 crore to Rs. 56.54 lakh by cutting face value from Rs. 10 to Re. 1 per share. Trading in the stock has been suspended on BSE and NSE since November 6, 2024 due to this corporate action, and the company has applied to both exchanges for relisting of the restructured securities. Shareholders holding physical shares are urged to update their KYC details and convert their holdings into demat form via the company's RTA, Bigshare Services. Transferred shares will be credited to shareholders' demat accounts at the new Re. 1 face value.
Physical shareholders must act within the January 6, 2026 deadline to have their transfers processed post-restructuring; until BSE and NSE approve relisting, the stock remains non-tradable, meaning liquidity is still on hold for investors.
