REC Limited has appointed Shri Prince Dhawan, a 2012-batch IAS officer from the AGMUT cadre, as Executive Director of the company effective September 23, 2025. He is a graduate and post-graduate from IIT Delhi and also holds a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Prior to this, he was serving as Managing Director of DTC and Special Commissioner (Transport) with the Government of NCT of Delhi. The appointment is at the senior management level, one level below the Board of Directors.
