Reconstitution of Board Committees

Page Industries has reconstituted three key board committees following a board meeting on 15 May 2025. The Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee will be effective from 28 May 2025, with Mr. Jignesh Bhate as Chairman, and Mr. Arif Vazirally and Dr. Shravan Subramanyam as members on both. The Risk Management Committee, effective immediately, will be chaired by Mr. Sunder Genomal with five other members including Mr. Varun Berry and Mr. Deepanjan Bandyopadhyay.
