Redington reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,19,162 Cr for FY26, up 20% from Rs 99,334 Cr in FY25, driven by growth in both SISA and ROW segments. However, consolidated PAT declined 7.1% to Rs 1,490 Cr from Rs 1,605 Cr in the prior year. The company recognized an exceptional item of Rs 152.31 Cr due to impairment of trade name of its Turkish subsidiary Arena, impacting consolidated PAT by Rs 75.24 Cr after non-controlling interests. Standalone PAT also declined 13.8% to Rs 1,244 Cr from Rs 1,444 Cr. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 6 per share (300% of face value). Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financials.
Revenue growth of 20% was offset by PAT decline due to exceptional impairment charges. The dividend recommendation signals confidence, but investors should monitor the impact of Turkey operations on future profitability.
