Redington reported its best-ever quarterly performance with Q4 FY26 revenue of INR33,269 crores (25% YoY growth) and PAT of INR467 crores at 1.4% margin. Full year FY26 revenue reached INR119,347 crores ($13.5 billion), up 20% YoY with 17% PAT growth. India business was exceptional with 50% revenue growth and 41% PAT growth, driven by PC demand, mobility, and cloud/cybersecurity. Middle East faced disruptions due to the West Asia crisis in March, impacting about 30-35% of business. Large deals of over INR1,600 crores were recorded in Q4. Subsidiary Arena reported a loss of INR44 crores due to exit costs and Turkey impairment. Management declared INR6 per share dividend (30% payout) while conserving cash for growth opportunities including potential acquisitions in professional services.
Strong quarterly results with industry-leading ROCE of 22% demonstrate operational efficiency, but elevated opex from capability building investments and geopolitical headwinds in Middle East may pressure near-term margins. Management is actively exploring inorganic growth in professional services, signaling strategic intent to accelerate SSG segment scaling.
