Redtape Limited's Board of Directors approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) at a meeting held on August 14, 2025. Standalone Revenue from Operations came in at ₹36,306 lakhs, marginally lower than ₹36,831 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (a decline of about 1.4% YoY). Despite the slight revenue dip, Standalone Profit for the period rose sharply to around ₹3,931 lakhs, up from approximately ₹2,051 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (restated for the bonus issue), translating to Basic EPS of ₹0.70 versus ₹0.50 in the year-ago quarter. Consolidated Profit stood at about ₹3,560 lakhs after factoring in overseas subsidiaries (Redtape Bangla, Redtape HK, Redtape London, and Redtape Quanzhou), which together contributed just ₹125 lakhs in revenue and a ₹71 lakh loss. The auditor (Ashwani & Associates) issued an unqualified review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong profit growth on a like-for-like basis (after the 3:1 bonus issue in February 2025) suggests meaningful margin expansion, which is positive for shareholders, even as the small YoY revenue decline may temper enthusiasm. Watch for management commentary on demand trends and the contribution from international subsidiaries going forward.
