Refex Renewables has received shareholder approval at its 31st AGM (September 18, 2025) to amend its Objects Clause and foray into a new line of business: manufacturing and trading of fertilizers, including chemical, organic, and bio-based products. The company will launch its new product, an organic manure called 'Biodhanic', under the Refex brand. This business leverages the nutrient-rich digestate (residual byproduct) generated from its existing Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) operations, turning waste into a value-added product.
