Reg 74(5) Compliance Certificate for Q1 FY27

India Radiators has submitted a Regulation 74(5) compliance certificate for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, issued by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Cameo Corporate Services. The certificate confirms that all securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter were processed, confirmed to the depositories, and listed on the stock exchange. It also confirms that physical certificates received were mutilated and cancelled, and the depository names were updated in the register of members within the stipulated time.
