Shareholders of Regal Entertainment & Consultants Ltd approved the appointment of M/s Rajesh Raj Gupta & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg. No. 026338N/N500357) as the new Statutory Auditor at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2025. The new auditor will serve for a 5-year term, from the conclusion of the 33rd AGM until the conclusion of the 38th AGM.
