Reganto Enterprises (formerly Vintron Informatics) and its four directors applied to compound a 7-day delay in holding the Annual General Meeting for FY 2023-24, which was due by 30 September 2024 but held on 7 October 2024. The Regional Director (Northern Region) issued an interim order on 9 January 2026 and a final compounding order on 5 March 2026, levying a total fee of Rs 2,60,000 (Rs 1,00,000 on the company and Rs 40,000 each on the four directors). The fees have already been paid on 15-16 January 2026. The matter is now fully concluded with no prosecution filed and no prior similar offence compounded in the last three years. The company confirmed there is no impact on operations or other activities beyond the fees paid.
This is a minor procedural compliance issue that has been fully settled. The financial impact is limited to Rs 2.6 lakh in compounding fees already paid, and there is no operational or business impact. Shareholders are unlikely to see any material effect on the stock.
