Regency Fincorp Limited's board, at its July 14, 2026 meeting, approved issuing Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of up to Rs 40 crore on a private placement basis. This includes a Rs 20 crore base issue plus a Rs 20 crore green shoe option. The NBFC appointed Catalyst Trusteeship as Debenture Trustee, Credora Partners as Merchant Banker, and Infomerics Valuation and Rating as Credit Rating Agency. Proceeds will be used to strengthen the capital base and support secured lending and portfolio growth, especially for MSMEs and underserved borrowers.
Capital raise supports lending growth but adds to debt; investors should track credit rating and final pricing for cost of borrowing impact.
