Registered office of Company has been changed

Alps Industries Limited has shifted its registered office from Plot No. 15-B, G.T. Road, Chaudhary Morh, Ghaziabad (UP-201001) to A-115, Sector-136, Noida, District Gautambudh Nagar (UP-201304). The change was approved by shareholders through a postal ballot, with results declared on February 27, 2026. The resolution passed with 99.94% of equity shareholders voting in favour. The same postal ballot also covered the appointment of Mr. Nishant Sharma as Executive Director, Ms. Ayushi Kukreja and Ms. Sandhya Kohli as Independent Directors, Mr. Sanjeev Khanna as Non-Executive Director, and an amendment to the authorized share capital — all of which passed with over 99.9% approval.
