Relaxo Footwears reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 751 crores, up 8.1% year-on-year, with EBITDA of Rs. 124 crores (16.5% margin) and PAT of Rs. 68 crores (9.0% margin). For the full year FY26, revenue stood at Rs. 2,702 crores (down 3.1% from FY25), while PAT grew 5.3% to Rs. 179 crores. The company achieved strong volume growth driven by recovery in General Trade channel and gains in Retail, E-commerce, and Large Format Retail stores. Management attributed margin improvement to operational efficiencies from in-house manufacturing and cost optimization. However, the full-year performance was impacted by muted demand in the first half. Management flagged caution about near-term headwinds from geopolitical tensions and inflationary pressures affecting consumer sentiments.
The quarter showed improving profitability with margin expansion, indicating successful cost management. However, full-year revenue decline and external uncertainties suggest investors should monitor demand trends closely before expecting sustained stock recovery.
