Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited reported its Q1 FY25-26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results, showing flat-to-marginal decline in revenue but healthy growth in profits. Consolidated total income came in at ₹1,828 Lakh, down 0.8% year-on-year but net profit rose 6.9% to ₹310 Lakh from ₹290 Lakh last year. Operating performance was stronger, with consolidated PBDIT up 12.1% YoY at ₹437 Lakh and PBT up 13.3% at ₹401 Lakh, reflecting improved margins. On a standalone basis, net profit grew 6.2% to ₹256 Lakh and EPS rose to ₹1.70 from ₹1.60. The company continues to provide pipeline-based infrastructure services, mainly transporting petroleum products and raw water for Reliance Industries, and has stated it currently has no expansion plans.
Marginal revenue dip is offset by solid profit and margin growth, indicating operational efficiency gains. Stable, RIL-anchored business with no expansion plans may limit near-term growth catalysts, keeping the stock in steady but unspectacular territory.
