Reliance Industries gets Sebi warning over insider trades

Reliance Industries received a cautionary letter from Sebi dated June 24 regarding transactions in July 2024, after the regulator examined compliance with the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, for the period June 1 to August 30, 2024. The company clarified the letter is cautionary in nature and imposes no financial or operational restrictions. Sebi named Harsh Jain, Kamini Jain and Hirai Umang Doshi in the annexure to its letter.
