Reliance Industries reported record consolidated revenue of ₹1,071,174 crore ($125.3 billion) for FY25, up 7.1% YoY, becoming the first Indian company to cross total equity of over ₹10 lakh crore. Annual consolidated EBITDA rose 2.9% YoY to ₹183,422 crore ($21.5 billion), while profit after tax increased 2.9% YoY to ₹81,309 crore ($9.5 billion). For Q4 FY25, revenue grew 8.8% YoY to ₹288,138 crore and PAT rose 6.4% YoY to ₹22,611 crore. Jio Platforms posted a strong 25.8% YoY jump in quarterly PAT to ₹7,023 crore, aided by ARPU rising to ₹206.2, while Reliance Retail's quarterly PAT climbed 30.4% YoY to ₹3,519 crore. The Oil to Chemicals segment saw EBITDA decline 10% YoY in Q4 due to weak fuel cracks, and Oil & Gas EBITDA fell 8.6% YoY. The Board announced a dividend of ₹5.5 per share.
Solid annual performance with record topline, growth in high-margin digital and retail businesses, and a healthy dividend — likely to be viewed positively by shareholders despite some margin pressure in the O2C and E&P segments.
