Reliance Industries delivered robust FY26 performance with consolidated revenue of ₹11,75,919 crore (up 9.8% YoY), EBITDA of ₹2,07,911 crore (up 13.4% YoY), and PAT of ₹95,754 crore (up 17.8% YoY). Consumer businesses drove growth with Jio Platforms EBITDA up 18.8% to ₹76,255 crore and Retail EBITDA up 8% to ₹27,033 crore. Q4 FY26 showed revenue growth of 12.9% but PAT declined 8.9% due to higher finance costs from 5G spectrum operationalization. The Middle East conflict in March 2026 caused oil prices to surge 60-70% and rupee depreciation of 11%, creating near-term headwinds. RIL maintained a strong balance sheet with net debt-to-EBITDA below 1x, while achieving its goal of doubling EBITDA every 5 years since FY21.
Strong full-year results with double-digit growth across key metrics. However, Q4 PAT decline and rising energy costs from the Middle East conflict may create near-term volatility. The company's diversified portfolio (digital, retail, O2C) and robust balance sheet provide resilience against macro headwinds.
