Reliance Infrastructure announced its Q4 FY25 and full-year FY25 audited consolidated results on May 23, 2025. Q4 FY25 consolidated PAT came in at Rs 4,387 crore versus a loss of Rs 3,298 crore in Q3 FY25, while Q4 EBITDA (adjusted for Rs 514 crore exceptional income) was Rs 8,876 crore, up 681% QoQ. For full-year FY25, consolidated operating income rose 7% YoY to Rs 23,592 crore, EBITDA (adjusted) jumped 154% YoY to Rs 12,288 crore, and PAT swung to a profit of Rs 4,938 crore from a loss of Rs 1,609 crore in FY24. Consolidated net worth grew 70% YoY to Rs 14,287 crore. The company became standalone net debt-free from banks and financial institutions, cutting roughly Rs 3,300 crore of debt, while consolidated net debt-to-equity improved sharply to 0.28x from 0.78x.
A clear turnaround story — the company moved from heavy losses to a sizeable profit, became net debt-free on a standalone basis, and substantially strengthened its balance sheet. Likely to be viewed very positively by shareholders and could support a strong positive reaction in the stock.
