Remi Edelstahl Tubulars filed its FY25 earnings presentation showing revenue growth of 18.3% to roughly ₹138.6 crore and profit after tax nearly doubling (up 92.3%) to ₹2.67 crore compared with the previous year. Q4 FY25 was weak, with standalone-quarter PAT falling about 75% year-on-year to ₹0.39 crore and EBITDA margin slipping from 9% to 5%, though full-year profitability improved. The company reported a strong order book of over 1,700 MT valued at ₹66.3 crore as of 31 March 2025 and cut its borrowings by roughly half to about ₹15 crore. It is investing in a new self-funded capacity for food, dairy, and pharma sectors (due September 2025) and claimed India's first 77mm thick welded stainless steel pipe, highlighting product innovation and import substitution efforts.
Steady revenue growth, a healthy order pipeline, and a sharply lower debt load are positives for shareholders, though Q4 margin slippage and the very small market cap (around ₹93 crore) cap near-term excitement. The food/dairy/pharma capacity addition due later in 2025 is the main growth lever to watch.
