Remsons Industries' Board met on February 12, 2026 and approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a strong quarter with net profit of ₹512.44 lakhs for Q3 FY26 versus ₹398.40 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a jump of about 29% year-on-year. Nine-month consolidated net profit also rose to ₹1,282.58 lakhs from ₹981.42 lakhs, a roughly 31% increase. Standalone Q3 revenue from operations grew about 21% to ₹9,292.94 lakhs. The board also re-appointed M/s. H A M & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors for the next financial year. A one-time exceptional charge of ₹72.92 lakhs (standalone) was booked related to the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025.
Strong consolidated profit growth of nearly 30% year-on-year for both the quarter and nine months is a positive signal for shareholders and may support the stock in the near term. Standalone nine-month profit, however, dipped versus the prior year, partly due to the exceptional Labour Code charge, so investors should watch the full-year audited numbers for clarity on underlying margins.
