Remsons Industries Limited submitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 rose about 21% YoY to Rs. 9,292.94 lakhs, while standalone net profit for the quarter came in at Rs. 355.99 lakhs versus Rs. 338.07 lakhs in Q3 FY25. On a nine-month standalone basis, however, profit after tax declined to Rs. 814.23 lakhs from Rs. 949.30 lakhs a year ago, partly dragged by an exceptional item of Rs. 72.92 lakhs booked on account of the new Labour Codes impact on employee benefit obligations. Consolidated nine-month net profit (after minority/JV share) grew around 31% YoY to Rs. 1,282.58 lakhs. The Board also re-appointed M/s. H A M & Co. as internal auditors and noted the formation of new subsidiary Remsons Edge Technologies and the 31.01% associate stake in Astro Motors.
Strong standalone topline growth of over 20% YoY is a positive signal, but the decline in standalone nine-month PAT and the one-time exceptional charge from the Labour Codes may temper near-term sentiment. Consolidated earnings growth and the new subsidiary/associate additions point to medium-term business expansion that shareholders should watch.
