Remsons Industries reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose 8.4% year-on-year to Rs 6,626.94 lakhs, while net profit declined about 11% to Rs 202.18 lakhs, partly boosted by a Rs 90.19 lakh exceptional gain from sale of a Gurugram residential property. On a consolidated basis, revenue jumped roughly 30% year-on-year to Rs 9,963.06 lakhs, and net profit (after minority interest) surged around 73% to Rs 363.88 lakhs, reflecting strong contributions from subsidiaries and joint ventures. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. M Baldeva Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term (FY26–FY30), and noted the formation of a new subsidiary, Remsons Edge Technologies Pvt Ltd (51% stake), along with the acquisition of a 51.01% stake in Astro Motors Pvt Ltd for Rs 10 crore, which will now remain an associate (35.86%) rather than a subsidiary. The statutory auditor, Kanu Doshi Associates LLP, issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report on both sets of results.
Strong consolidated growth in both revenue and profit is a positive signal for shareholders, indicating improving scale through subsidiaries and JVs. However, standalone performance was muted with a profit decline, and significant corporate actions (acquisitions, new subsidiary) add execution risk and dilution considerations. The clean auditor opinion and no major red flags in the limited review support near-term stability of the stock narrative.
