Repro India has filed its Annual Report for FY25-26 with NSE and BSE and announced its 33rd AGM on August 4, 2026 at 3:30 pm via video conferencing. Consolidated revenue rose 6 percent to Rs 493.98 crore, but consolidated loss after tax widened to Rs 33.30 crore from Rs 2.06 crore. Standalone revenue dipped 9 percent to Rs 236.55 crore. The Chairman disclosed that leasehold rights at the non-operational Mahape, Navi Mumbai property were transferred on May 22, 2026 for a total consideration of Rs 282 crore, with full payment already received. No dividend was recommended for the year.
Mixed signals: top-line growth offset by deeper losses, no dividend, but Rs 282 crore property sale boosts balance sheet and financial flexibility for shareholders.
