Resgen Ltd's Board of Directors appointed Ms. Tanushi Goyal as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company effective 10th April 2026, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Goyal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS 79867) and holds a B.Com from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, with over 3 years of experience in secretarial and compliance functions. The decision was taken at a board meeting held on 10th April 2026. No director relationships were disclosed.
