Bijoy Hans Ltd (now renamed Arvaya Healthcare Ltd) announced that CA Ashlesh Parnawar resigned as Internal Auditor effective April 20, 2026. The company appointed M/s. G. K. Vora & Co. as the new Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The same board meeting also approved audited financial results showing standalone loss of Rs 119.73 lakh for FY26 (vs profit of Rs 13.61 lakh in FY25), while consolidated results showed profit of Rs 90.38 lakh due to newly acquired subsidiaries. The company also completed acquisition of 3 subsidiaries (Health Secure Hospitals, Arvaya Health and Wellness, and Tec-Pool Solutions) for total consideration of Rs 60.65 crore.
