The board approved a sweeping leadership overhaul on January 6, 2026. Two directors — Whole-time Director Mr. Madan Mohan and Chairperson Mr. Rakesh Garg — resigned citing personal reasons. Mr. Dhruv Singla, who is the cousin of Managing Director Mr. Pranav Singla, was appointed as Executive Director and Chairperson for 5 years.
