The Board approved standalone audited results for FY25 with an unmodified (clean) opinion from statutory auditor NYS & Company. Revenue from operations grew modestly to ₹2,062.86 lakhs from ₹1,932.19 lakhs (~6.8% growth). However, profit after tax fell sharply to ₹127.07 lakhs from ₹194.64 lakhs (down ~34.7%), as total expenses rose ~19% to ₹1,994.15 lakhs, squeezing margins. EPS dropped to ₹4.78 from ₹11.93. The company completed its ₹11.99 crore IPO in August 2024, which strengthened equity (₹1,684 lakhs vs ₹358 lakhs) and slashed short-term debt from ₹449 lakhs to ₹75 lakhs. The auditor flagged several Emphasis of Matter items: irregular TDS compliance, delayed GST filings with excess ITC claims under Rule 36(4) of CGST Rules, and unpaid income tax liability from the previous year. The Board appointed Ms. Punita Gupta as Independent Director (5-year term), new internal and secretarial auditors, while Ms. Manju Verma resigned citing personal reasons.
Sharply lower PAT despite revenue growth signals margin pressure that existing shareholders should watch. Balance sheet has clearly improved post-IPO, but the auditor's emphasis-of-matter flags on tax and GST non-compliance, along with a second straight year of negative operating cashflows (~₹311 lakhs vs ~₹234 lakhs), highlight governance and working-capital concerns that could weigh on near-term sentiment.
