The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each and will rank equally with existing shares. The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on July 1, 2025. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs. 5,82,07,64,830 (58,20,76,483 shares) to Rs. 5,82,18,23,150 (58,21,82,315 shares).
This is a routine ESOP allotment and represents a small dilution of about 0.02% to existing shareholders. It has negligible impact on the stock price and reflects the company rewarding its employees.
