Kiran Print Pack Limited reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited standalone financial results. Total income stood at Rs. 39.03 lakh versus Rs. 35.81 lakh in the same quarter last year, a rise of about 9%. Sales rose modestly from Rs. 22.17 lakh to Rs. 24.26 lakh. Profit after tax was Rs. 2.44 lakh compared to Rs. 2.81 lakh in Q1 FY25, a decline of around 13%, with EPS of Rs. 0.05 versus Rs. 0.06. The company continues to be primarily in the trading business, and other equity remains negative at Rs. (215.35) lakh, indicating accumulated losses of over 43% of its Rs. 500.29 lakh share capital. The board also appointed two new directors (Mr. Bharat Saboo as Independent Director and Mr. Sunil Kumar Sarda as Non-Executive Director) and reconstituted key committees. The statutory auditor (VMRS & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report.
Marginal revenue growth but slight dip in profitability, while negative reserves highlight a weak balance sheet that investors should monitor. The new board appointments may bring fresh expertise, but overall the numbers are small and the stock remains a micro-cap with limited fundamental strength.
