Bluegod Entertainment Ltd (formerly Indra Industries Ltd) reported a sharp turnaround in Q3 FY26 with revenue of Rs. 12 crore, driven entirely by the sale of theatrical and OTT rights for one of its films. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 5.08 crore, reversing a Rs. 1 crore loss in the preceding quarter (Q2 FY26). For the 9-month period (Apr–Dec 2025), the company swung to a net profit of Rs. 3.57 crore from a marginal loss in the same period last year. The company also wrote off Rs. 1.63 crore of fabric inventory deemed unsellable. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report with no qualifications.
The dramatic profit swing is almost entirely attributable to a single film rights deal, making the results heavily dependent on one-off revenue rather than recurring business. Shareholders should note the lack of diversified revenue and the inventory write-off, though the clean audit report and name rebrand to an entertainment-focused identity are positive signals.
