Retail space rent in Delhi's Khan market rises 9pc annually in Apr-Jun: C&W

Retail space rentals in Delhi-NCR high street markets rose 2-10 percent year-on-year in April-June 2026, led by South Extension at 10 percent and Khan Market at 9 percent. Khan Market remained the most expensive high street in India at Rs 1,700-1,800 per sq ft per month, while Connaught Place rents rose 2 percent to Rs 1,250-1,300 per sq ft. Retail space leasing across Delhi-NCR malls and high streets more than doubled to 0.67 million sq ft during the quarter, with calendar year 2025 leasing hitting 2.25 million sq ft, the highest since 2019 and an 83 percent jump over the prior year.
