Revathi Equipment India reported standalone revenue of Rs. 139.44 Cr for FY2026, down 22% from Rs. 178.53 Cr in FY2025. Net profit after tax declined to Rs. 13.37 Cr from Rs. 20.18 Cr (34% fall), while EPS dropped to Rs. 43.59 from Rs. 65.79. EBITDA margin compressed slightly from 20.5% to 19.7%. The company posted a negative operating cash flow of Rs. 30.34 Cr compared to positive Rs. 27.87 Cr in the prior year, primarily due to a sharp rise in trade receivables (Rs. 60.44 Cr vs Rs. 25.15 Cr) and increase in inventories. Short-term borrowings nearly doubled to Rs. 67.65 Cr. The board did not recommend any dividend. An exceptional item of Rs. 0.25 Cr was recorded due to statutory changes in labor codes. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion. The company incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Essential Mining Supplies LLP.
The stock may face pressure due to significant revenue decline, profit contraction, negative cash flows, and increased debt levels, despite the clean audit opinion. Shareholders should monitor the company's working capital management and debt servicing going forward.
