Revised Audited Financial result for For quarter ended 31st March 2020
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
BLS Infotech Ltd has refiled audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2020 — the original audit was completed in August 2020, but this 'revised' version was submitted to BSE in April 2025, which is unusually delayed. For FY20, total revenue rose modestly to Rs. 21.90 lakhs from Rs. 18.85 lakhs in FY19. The company swung to a thin net profit of Rs. 0.11 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 21.36 lakhs a year earlier, with EPS essentially at zero. However, accumulated reserves remain deeply negative at Rs. (304.97) lakhs, and operating cash flow turned negative at Rs. (19.98) lakhs versus Rs. 19.10 lakhs in FY19. The statutory auditor (M/s Acharyya Swapan & Co.) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the standalone results.
The clean audit opinion is reassuring, but the business is very small in scale, reserves are in the red, and operating cash flow turned negative, indicating weak fundamentals. The 5-year-delayed revision of these results is unusual and may reflect regulatory/compliance housekeeping rather than fresh information for investors.
