Revised Board Outcome: Scrutinizer Appointed for Upcoming EOGM

Procal Electronics India has submitted a revised outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 10, 2026. The revision adds one item that was missed earlier: the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Nitesh Chaudhary, a Practising Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer for the upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM). He will oversee the remote e-voting process and any e-voting or poll process at the meeting to ensure transparency. All other decisions from the original outcome remain unchanged.
