Lords Mark Industries Ltd resubmitted its revised unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) after correcting a typographical error from the earlier filing. The results reflect the first full quarter of operations following the amalgamation of the former Lords Mark Industries with Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Ltd under an NCLT order. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations was ₹15,024.36 lakhs and net profit was ₹1,395.29 lakhs (EPS of ₹0.33). On a consolidated basis, including 5 subsidiaries (Lords Automotive, Lords Green Energy, Lords Mark Biotech, Lords Mark MicroBiotech, and Renalyx Health Systems), revenue was ₹18,093 lakhs and net profit was ₹1,287.31 lakhs (EPS of ₹0.30). Prior year figures are not comparable as the business combination became effective only from 24 September 2025. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report.
This is a clerical correction and does not change the underlying business picture. The strong revenue and swing to profitability are largely a result of the amalgamation rather than organic growth, so shareholders should not assume this run-rate will continue until more comparable quarters are reported.
