Revised Intimation-Appointment of Secretarial and Internal Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has appointed M/s. Kundan Agrawal & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Additionally, M/s. Sanghi & Co. has been re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Both appointments were made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee at a Board meeting held on October 6, 2025.
