Revised list of proposed allottees filed; about 1.26 crore shares

Harmony Capital Services has submitted a corrected Annexure D with the list of proposed allottees, after a clerical error in the earlier version from the 16 July 2026 board meeting outcome. The revision only changes the allottees list; all other terms and approvals remain unchanged. A total of about 1.26 crore equity shares are proposed to be allotted to 139 allottees. Promoter group entities get about 64 lakh shares, the rest to non-promoters. Biggest allottee is Dorni Vinimoy Pvt Ltd (Promoter) with 34,06,000 shares.
