Interworld Digital has resubmitted the outcome of its Independent Directors' Meeting held on 24th March 2026, correcting inadvertent clerical errors from the original filing. The meeting, held under SEBI LODR Regulation 25(3) and Schedule IV of the Companies Act 2013, had all Independent Directors present and ran from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM at the registered office in New Delhi. During the meeting, the Independent Directors reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole, and assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of information flowing from management to the Board. The company has apologised for the error and assured it will not recur.
